Repair the Roof Campaign

Like many buildings that are 35 years old, our club needs some maintenance. Within the next 2 years the roof will be replaced at a cost between $12,000 and $18,000.

This campaign is aiming to raise $12,000 to significantly assist in the repair of the rowing club roof.  To maximize the benefit to our contributors, any Canadian contributions will receive a tax receipt through the Canadian Sports Trust Fund.  Sorry if you live outside Canada, this is not available, but you benefit from a stronger currency than the Canadian dollar.  Big or small, any contribution you can make, will help greatly.

Canadian residents; a tax receipt will be provided NB Amateur Sports Fund directly to you.

Our club continues to be well run and is financially sound.  We have solid coaching and athletes that are training hard and achieving great results.  This past summer in July, our club competed in Montreal against clubs from Ontario, Quebec and the rest of Atlantic Canada.  The results were impressive with several medals and our club came 3rd overall out of 15 clubs. We. Are doing well.

With those results we have stated this campaign to raise funds for this special project.  By having a unique campaign,  we can continue to use our operating funds on things critical to the development of our coaches and athletes.  We want today‚Äôs coaches and athletes to benefit from the same investments each of us benefited from in the past.  This is a chance to give something back.

As of September 2019 your fellow alumni have raised a total of $4000.
